Hifz Curriculum

At Awaken International School, our Hifz curriculum is meticulously crafted to provide students with a profound and disciplined approach to memorizing the Quran. This program not only focuses on the memorization of the Quran but also integrates Tajweed and Tarbiyyah to ensure a holistic Islamic education.

Our Hifz curriculum is structured to guide students through the memorization of the Quran, starting with shorter Surahs and progressing to longer ones. Each student’s progress is closely monitored, and individualized plans are created to meet their specific needs and pace.

Proper recitation of the Quran is essential. Our curriculum includes comprehensive Tajweed lessons to ensure students learn the correct pronunciation, articulation, and intonation of Quranic verses. Mastery of Tajweed rules is emphasized to preserve the authenticity of recitation.

Tarbiyyah, or moral and spiritual development, is an integral part of our Hifz curriculum. Students are taught the importance of embodying the teachings of the Quran in their daily lives. Lessons in Tarbiyyah focus on developing strong Islamic character, values, and ethics, fostering a deep spiritual connection with the Quran.
