At Awaken International School, we follow a structured admission process to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for prospective students and their families.
The admission form is available here you can download it from here or it can be collected from the school office. No documents are required to collect the form.
Submit the completed admission form along with 2 passport-size photographs, an attested Birth Certificate, the latest Report Card, and a Transfer Certificate (if applicable) by the specified deadline.
Prospective students, except those applying for Play, Nursery, and Reception classes, must sit for a written test (1 to 1.5 hours for Class 1 to Class 5). Successful candidates will then attend a VIVA (oral interview) with the Principal or VP, where both parents must be present.
Results will be posted on the school notice board and website within 2 working days of the VIVA.
After passing the written test and VIVA, parents/guardians should collect the admission fee receipt from the front office or accounts officer and promptly make the payment at the designated bank or school accounts office.
Upon payment, present the receipt at the school’s store to collect books and exercise copies. For uniforms, visit the tailor room for measurements and payment. All uniform rates are school-approved.
